- There has been an evolution in WRESTLING.
Yes indeed, there has been an extreme paradigm shift in the thought process of both the audience and the players in wrestling.Undoubtedly it was one of the most exciting sports and that it shall be, because of the adventure and thrill in it. But we cant ignore the immense hardwork and preparation that goes behind the final show.
- What are your strengths?
My dedication is my strength. I workout 6 days a week and it is a combination of hardcore strength training and cardio.Im with the most wonderful brand NUTRITION SOLUTIONS,and I make sure to have my meals according to my macros, wherever I am travelling.
- How do you manage your work and travel and other professional commitments?
I am extremely focused and dedicated on my workouts and I make sure that no matter what ,I hit the gym regularly.Whereever I travel ,my first priority is to find a gym accessible to me,and I make sure to workout.
- How do you take extra care other than your workouts for this.
I set higher norms for myself ,and also make sure that my moves are harder .I workout a lot to build my stamina ,and I believe in Fitness in totality.
MY MEALS ARE INCOMMENSURATE WITH MY FITNESS GOALS AND ALONG with controlled partions.
And of cousre the Aesthetics are taken care of and also the performance
- You have travelled immensely, which country has given you the maximum fan following and joy?
Many of the European countries are well receiving the game of wrestling, and respect wrestling athlete /combat sumo or MMA.
- You have become the face of WWE One person that you admire yet want to defeat.
Each player is strong and has their own space …., and I have immense respect for all. I really admire JOHN CENA…
- What is your basic ideology?
I strongly believe that one has to prove to the world that “Im the best’.
- What is your belief system?
My belief system strongly can be summed up in one word; FAITH.
God gives everyone an opportunity, and you must be hopeful .Dreams come true ,if you work persistently towards it .
- What should be the strategy to achieve ones goal?
One must set up a goal and multiply I t by 10 ,then it will give you immense motivation to work hard towards achieving their goals. And believe me if you achieve 10 %of your dreams, then you are on the right path.
- You inspire a lot of people. Who is your inspiration?
I am glad to inspire people and also want to be a good role model to millions.
I always say that with the right education ,and the right path you can achieve anything, Initially it was only about strength and power but now its about achieving the goals through education. Im grateful for the platform that I got and have achieved a lot because of my family and support system.
- Please tell us about your association with the ANGRISH BROTHERS- HEMANT and Sheru ji?
Well I’m very appreciative about their efforts for Fitness and bringing such prestigious championship to India. They are constantly in pursuit of improving the lives of others.
I’m highly respectful and appreciative of this.
At the forefront they are bringing together all renowned Body builders under one roof.
- Your comment in the current body building scene in India.
I am really amazed to see the body building scene in India. The quality of the athletes is wonderful and the way they are coming up ,is really promising. SHERU BROTHERS are giving a wonderful platform to the Indians and providing many opportunities for the fitness professionals and fitness enthusiasts.
- Whenever you emerge victorious, whom do you remember first ?
Family comes first. Im indeed grateful to God for all my achievements and would like my family, the people who look up to me ,im really grateful to you all.

- What I scour favourite cheat meal?
PASTA ,GULABJAMUN, ICECREAM and MANGO .
- What are your favourite workouts?
I workout on my strength and very hard on my core. I make sure to do exercises for quadriceps, hamstrings ,whole body workouts. Im very aggressive when it comes to training and set up high goals for myself.
- Your nutrition plan?
My nutrition is incommensurate with my training. I strongly believe in good diet and strong supplementation .Im very regular with protein and creatine supplement.
